1. Introduction
At Tikaug.com, we want you to have a positive experience every time you shop with us. Occasionally, we know you may want to return items you have purchased. This Returns & Refunds Policy sets out our conditions for accepting returns and issuing refunds for items purchased on Tikaug.com, on behalf of our sellers. It also sets out when we will not accept returns or issue refunds.
2. Return Period and Conditions for Acceptance of Returns
Subject to the rules set out in this Returns & Refunds Policy, sellers on Tikaug.com offer returns for most items within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept returns, for any reason whatsoever, after the returns period has lapsed. This does not affect your legal rights against the seller. You may return items purchased on Tikaug.com within the returns period for the following reasons:

We shall only accept returns of items that are unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received them, with their original packaging and seal intact, unless the item became defective after delivery during reasonable use.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of certain product categories. You shall only be entitled to a return if the wrong, damaged, or defective item was received. We do not accept returns for customized items or goods made to your specification unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
4. Packaging Returns
When returning an item, it must be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact. You are responsible for the safe packaging of the returned item until it reaches Tikaug.com. Please ensure any personal data or third-party data is deleted from returned items.
5. Refunds
If your return is accepted, we aim to refund the purchase price of the item within the period stated on our return timelines page. Delivery fees will be refunded for defective or incorrect items, but not for returns where you changed your mind or the size didn’t fit as expected.
6. Rejected Return and Refund Requests
If your return request is not approved, no refund will be issued. We will attempt redelivery twice. If unsuccessful, the item will be held for 30 days, after which it will be forfeited and disposed of by Tikaug.com.
7. No Exchange
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
